Whitelist the Stretch Coach website

To help improve deliverability and reduce the chance of my email messages getting caught in filters, please add the domain “@StretchCoach.com” to your address book, whitelist or safe senders list.
Gmail
Add the email address, contact@StretchCoach.com to your Gmail Contacts list:

  1. Log into your Gmail account
  2. Click on Contacts in the upper left hand menu
  3. Click the Add New Contact button
  4. Add the email address, contact@StretchCoach.com
  5. Click Save
Yahoo!
Add the email address, contact@StretchCoach.com to your Yahoo! Contacts list:

  1. Log into your Yahoo Mail account and click on Contacts in the left hand menu
  2. Click Add Contact
  3. Add the email address, contact@StretchCoach.com
  4. Click Save
Outlook
Add the domain, @StretchCoach.com to your Safe Senders list:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
  4. In the Add address field, put @StretchCoach.com
  5. Click OK
AOL
Add the domain, StretchCoach.com to your AOL Spam Control:

  1. Log into your AOL Mail account and click Settings
  2. Click Spam Controls on the left hand menu
  3. Under Spam Filters by Address, click Custom
  4. Choose Allow mail from
  5. Add the domain StretchCoach.com to the field
  6. Click on the green Add button
  7. Click Save
Hotmail
Add the domain, @StretchCoach.com to your Hotmail Safe Senders list:

  1. Log into your Hotmail account
  2. Click on Options (upper right hand corner)
  3. Choose More Options
  4. Click the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail heading
  5. Click on the Safe Senders link
  6. Add the domain @StretchCoach.com to the field
  7. Click the Add to list button
