RangeRoller – The Ultimate Massage Stick and Self Massage Tool!
Massage both outer and inner layers of muscle and connective tissue to more effectively warm muscles, increase circulation, relieve knots, eliminate scar tissue, improve range of motion and increase performance.
Massage is one of my all-time favorite injury rehabilitation techniques. I’d even go as far as saying; it’s the most effective form of injury rehabilitation therapy for speeding up the healing process and preventing re-injury. Without it, the injured athlete rarely recovers fully.
Massage played a vital role in my recovery as a professional triathlete. It also helped me recover quickly from hamstring strain and shoulder tendinitis. And now with RangeRoller you can simulate the effects of a professional massage in the privacy of your own home, without the high cost.
What is RangeRoller
RangeRoller is a massage therapy tool specifically designed to allow anyone a more effective deep tissue massage.
The RangeRoller’s exclusive TriggerTreads™ enable you to reach deep; helping you to prevent injury, aid recovery and increase blood flow to any injured area.
Watch the instructional video below for more information about how to use RangeRoller, plus a number of sample massage techniques that you can do with RangeRoller.

Gets right in deep to the muscle fibers…
“I really like this roller! I had tried the “Stick” and many of the trainers have it, but the fact that this has a few larger rings to dig deeper into the muscle fiber is a bonus. This is a good travel size and I travel to my client’s homes and offices. I use it to help with recovery from injuries, as well as keeping them limber after warm-ups and exercises.”
Perfect for after a run or late at night…
“The range roller was a great way to wind down from a run. It is light-weight and easy to use. I typically used this product at home right after a run or late at night while watching TV and winding down. My boyfriend, who doesn’t run, also LOVED the product and how great it felt on his muscles.”
Relieve Tension, Fatigue, Muscle Pain and Cramps
The more pliable a muscle becomes, the less likely you are to injure that muscle. And massage is one of the best ways to keep your muscles loose, supple and flexible.
Anyone who is a fan of exercise should strongly consider massage therapy as part of an overall lifestyle choice. It is the perfect way to include stress relief in your exercise program. There are, however, other key benefits as well:

For Self Massage and the Massage Therapist
RangeRoller will take your recovery to a whole new level. Every time you use RangeRoller you’ll loosen up tight muscles and decrease your recovery time. Runners will improve their PB; martial artists will be kicking higher and harder; muscle pain will be a thing of the past; and sports injury all but forgotten.
But RangeRoller isn’t just for personal use. RangeRoller is a professional massage tool designed to help massage therapists (and other bodywork specialists) give their clients a deeper, better massage, while reducing the workload on their own bodies. Plus it’s:
Why you should listen to me

I’ve been involved in stretching, flexibility and sports injury management since the early 1990’s. I’ve lectured for some of the world’s most renowned sports medicine organizations. And I’ve coached elite level and world champion athletes from sports as diverse as triathlon, roller skating, squash, motor cycle racing and baseball.
I’ve written 5 books on stretching and sports injury management; including the Anatomy of Stretching and the Anatomy of Sports Injuries. And Amazon has listed my books at the top of five of their Best-Seller lists.
My stretching and sports injury articles have been published in numerous health and fitness magazines and extensively online at sites like About.com, Athletes.com and BodyBuilding.com. Magazines such as Runners World, Bicycling, Triathlete, Swimming and Fitness, and Triathlon Sports have all featured my work. And Google cites over 100,000 references to me and my work on the internet.
You are correct that if one ignores stretching in there fitness regime then they do so at their own peril. Thanks,
Duston
After I started the course, I found additional books on rotator cuff and shin splints. Definitely looking forward to enhancing my fitness background to better assist my clientele.
After about a month using Beads stretching program pain has almost gone.
Send a view email's to Brad regards D's knee pain and great feedback. Hopefully Brad will develop a more specific program for knee pain and a stretching routine for the over fithy year old ones upward

My stretching routine was getting kind of stale so I bought the Big Book of Stretching Routines. It has routines for EVERYTHING. You can just start with a few muscle groups and see if they're tight. Then build your practice up plugging and playing as needed. One muscle group is loose then swap it out for another. Had a recent injury? There's probably a routine to prevent a future one.

Since doing these stretches I haven't pulled any muscles, and I'm moving as well the business end of the tournament as I was at the start. Before taking up Brad's stretches, I was prone to muscle injury and was considering retiring to the garden. A morning's skiing was enough. Now I'm on the slope every day I can.
Also, I enjoy Brad's updates as the knowledge he imparts enables me to understand the stretching process better.

The different articles - I print those out to read over lunch. It increases my knowledge, which I can then pass on to my clients for a better outcome for them.
Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Makes it easy to apply pressure…
“I have the Original 19″ and it is smaller and less awkward than other sticks I have used. The size is perfect for me to really apply some pressure and hit key areas.”
The RangeRoller has won hands down…
“I have to tell you that everyone I’ve used the RangeRoller on has fallen in love with it. We carry “The Stick” here and I’ve been having people try both and the RangeRoller has won hands down!”
Very helpful in relieving pain…
“I am a High School Athletic Trainer and in the past I did not have a massaging tool besides my own two hands, so the RangeRoller has been very helpful in relieving pain. It is a light and durable therapy tool. It is mainly used to massage sore and strained muscles. I have recommended this tool to our team physician for his office as well as to other healthcare professionals.”
