Where can I find information about your products?

Do you offer a product guarantee or return policy?

Yes. All products on my website come with an unconditional, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so there is no problem getting a refund. Please follow the instructions below and once completed, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Digital Products: If you ordered a digital product like an eBook or software, simply remove it from your computer and then let us know when the uninstall has been completed.
  • Physical Products: If you ordered a physical product like a book or DVD, simply return it to the address below with a copy of your order ID number.

How can I place an order?
  • Online: To place your order online, via our secure payment system, click here to review our products and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Phone: To place your order via phone, call our toll-free number, 877-580-7771 and speak with one of our customer service staff. (If calling from outside the US, call +1-877-580-7771. The “+” sign is the number you must dial to make an international call from your country.)
Is it safe to order on your website?

Yes, shopping on my site is safe! My order processing system uses RC4 128 bit High-grade encryption, so that when you provide any personal information including your name, address, e-mail and credit card number, it is processed over a secure connection on secure servers. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions.

Everywhere! We ship worldwide. I’ve been online since May 2000, and have shipped over 40,000 packages to more than 122 countries.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

The exact shipping and handling costs are calculated on the weight of your order and the ship to destination, and can be viewed on the order check-out page. As a rough guide…

  • Shipping and handling costs within the United States, range from $4.95 to about $15.00 for multiple product purchases.
  • Shipping and handling costs to Canada, range from $14.95 to about $20.00 for multiple product purchases.
  • Shipping and handling costs to all other International destinations, start from $19.95.
How quickly will I get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In fact, most orders received before 2:00pm (EST) are shipped same day (excludes weekends and public holidays).

usps-upsAll US orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS SurePost and are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. International orders are shipped regular Air Mail and depending on the destination can take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you complete your order. You’ll also receive a separate email with parcel tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Do you offer a delivery guarantee?

Yes. I’ve been online since May 2000, and have shipped over 40,000 packages to 122 countries around the world. Less than 0.5% (half of one percent) of my packages go missing, and if they do, I’ll ship you another one, no questions asked.

What payment options do you accept?

All prices quoted on this website are in US Dollars and include all taxes and levies.

Do you offer any special pricing or discounts?

Yes. Purchasing my products as a pack or bundle will save you about 10%, as compared to purchasing the products separately. Click here to view my products.

Do you sell your products in bulk at wholesale prices?

Yes. Anyone can purchase my products at wholesale prices; however I do require a minimum order of 10 units at a time. Click here to view our wholesale prices.
