Tight calves and hamstrings cause more joint pain and muscle aches than just about anything else.

You see… when you have tight calves and hamstrings they pull awkwardly on your ankles, knees, hips and lower back; disturbing the natural alignment of your joints and creating all sorts of problems.

If you suffer from lower back pain, it could be your tight calves that are causing the problem. Or your knee pain could be the result of tight hamstrings.

And don’t get me started about sitting in a chair all day. If you spend more than a few hours a day sitting down, it’s safe to say that you probably have tight calves and hamstrings.

If you’ve ever suffered back pain, knee pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, hip pain, heel pain, piriformis syndrome or sciatica, or any type of lower leg pain, then you can find a quick and easy way to loosen up your tight calves and hamstrings.

Stay healthy, keep stretching and God bless.
