I know I’m probably one of the last people on the internet to get a blog, but here it is; finally. So why did I even need a blog?

My marketing manager tells me it’s a great way to keep all my customers and subscribers up-to-date. Apparently you can subscribe to my feed (whatever that is) and you’ll get notified every time I release a new article or make a special announcement.

So go ahead. If you’re into bloging and RSS and all that stuff jump on my feed and I’ll keep you up-to-date on all the going-ons at the Stretching Institute. Or, you can always join my newsletter list here.
